Welcoming guests, welcoming 2021!

We hope everyone is staying safe and doing well as we journey into 2021. With our “Gold Standard” certification in place for opening, we have been welcoming back guests (safely) since October, but the tempo certainly picked up for the holidays, which we were delighted about. All boats were booked for Christmas and New Year weeks with many special moments and memories shared by all.

From private scuba diving excursions, epic spearfishing adventures, magical evenings dining on the catch of the day, celebrations of families coming together and loudly ringing in the New Year (thanks to chef Kainie’s fireworks!), the mood has been filled with plenty of hope and joy.

On Doris, Kainie and Manuel put on the light show of the year at Tobacco Caye with the fireworks that they procured for their charter. The handful of locals who live there loved it too!

Chef Ellen’s guests got pampered with pomegranate and mint mojitos with their festive cranberry and goat cheese tartlets for sundown. They also got to indulge in freshly speared Hogfish snapper courtesy of Captain “Deadshot” Danny’s spearfishing skills. They completed their charter at the legendary Francis Ford Coppola’s resort Turtle Inn, as part of our new partner package resort collaborations.
